We travel all around the globe to to source the best products in terms of performance and quality that you'll love, but we know that finding just the right fit for you can sometimes be tough. That's why we offer easy returns and exchanges. If you're not 100% dazzled by your order—whatever the reason—send it back, and we'll take care of the rest.

Eligibility Window

You can return your item within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund.

Please note, creating an exchange on our site or by contacting Customer Care does not guarantee that an exchange will be possible at the time we process your return.  Inventory is not held for exchanges and may sell out before we are able to process your request.

Item Not Eligible for Refund:

  1. Items purchased on sales
  2. Returns received in damaged or used / worn conditions
  3. Return shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error

Packaging Requirements:

All item must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will receive no refund or exchange.

The Return / Exchange Process

  1. Contact us on live chat or email to inquiry about your exchange / refund
  2. Make a return postage with a registered service
  3. Email us at info@sportlicious.com with your order reference number, reason for return & proof of return postage
  4. Goods will be inspected upon return.
  5. Exchange will be shipped out (if proven eligible after inspection) / Money will be refunded based on selling price
